roKsho.inc is committed to delivering premium, high-quality urban streetwear and curated apparel collections to our global community. To maintain our strict standards of craftsmanship and minimize environmental waste, our brand operates on a highly efficient, sustainable production model.

1. Custom Production & Processing Timelines

Every piece in our streetwear collection is individually prepared and customized upon order confirmation.

  • Bespoke Tailoring & Processing Window: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our production labs to print, finish, quality-check, and package your garments before they are handed over to our international shipping carriers.

  • Order Cut-off Times: Orders received after 5:00 PM IST will enter our custom production queue on the following operational business day.

2. Strict Shipping Destination Exclusions

Due to complex regional import customs and fluctuating transit lane policies, roKsho.inc does not offer shipping, order routing, or final delivery services to the following countries. Any orders systematically processed with a delivery address inside these regions will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded:

  • Bahrain

  • Kuwait

  • Oman

  • Qatar

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Israel

  • Iran

  • France

3. Supported Global Markets & Shipping Rates

We actively deliver to our core global styling markets, including the United States, India, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, along with other compliant international regions.

  • Dynamic Rates: Standard and Express carrier fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on real-time transit data integrated into our storefront.

  • Currency Settlement: While storefront prices may be dynamically displayed in your local browsing currency (such as USD or EUR), all final checkout totals settle securely via our active Indian payment networks using the equivalent valuation.

4. Customs, Import Duties, and Cross-Border Taxes

  • All custom duties, regional processing fees, import handling taxes, or VAT evaluated by the destination country's border customs department are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.

  • roKsho.inc does not collect or pre-pay these local border assessments.

5. Shipment Tracking & Dispatches

Once your premium streetwear items clear our final quality control inspection and exit production, an automated dispatch notification containing a live tracking link will be sent to your registered email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier node to refresh your active tracking updates.
